Is there a plan for the finish on this yet? Are you going to paint it or wrap it perhaps?

The Stirling gets her 3 litre Yanmar BY260 motors - they are only just sitting there in this photo, but they have come out again and inserts glassed into the engine bearers into which holes will be drilled and tapped to accept the upgraded engine mounts.

Surely you've got enough room to slip two more in there if you squeezed them up a bit

Looks great

The black line and the foam are where the engine bulkhead will be fitted, actually if we only make it a two seater we could stagger the motors which would mean there would be room for four - the drive shafts would have to be connected to the front of the motors though - any other brilliant ideas?

Are you bracing the engines? We ripped a whole in the block on road britain with these engines as they weren't braced like often with the 315. They pulled themselves apart :/

Kitten has finished mounting the motors now - steel inserts in the stringers and lots of steelwork on the hog to hold the motors.

The motors have their own mobile trolleys for moving them around now - you can also see the ZF gearbox and UJ.
