A pile of jockey seats ready to go in.

Today has been taken up with fitting the stainless hoops, epoxy sealing some odds and sods then using sikaflex to stick in a load of cable tie holders (it took AGES to remove the crap sticky pads that are supplied on them) so I've got all the routes for the cables sorted.

I've just got to put the wires in them now-once it's all dry-and get them all the right length.

Making deck lights using some of the LEDs from Nugent.

Anyone who saw my previous post about problems cutting slots in carbon fibre sheet, I've changed the design a bit and discovered that the way to drill large holes in the evil stuff is to heat it to about 50 degrees C before drilling it-it softens the laquer enough that it doesn't splinter.

The red LED units are being potted into a UV stabilised clear, slightly flexible resin that sticks rather well to anything.

In the electrics box.

Everything is glue lined heatshrink connectors, on proper marine grade cable.
