Ballistic 6.5 meter and prop sizes

Hello again chaps and I hope the weather is kinder in the "fall".

We had a lovely summer here in the west of ireland with Malin Head (Top of Donegal, North, north west of ireland had the nicest summer in 30 years on record, We in Roundstone West Galway had 4 wet days

Oh well back to work etc.

Have Ballistic 6.5 mtr with 140 Johnson (same as DF140 Suzuki 4 Stroke) firing a 21" stainless prop 13" dia. Max Revs between 4.9-5.2k without and with Trim.
Just fitting a 19" 4 blade Aluminum butr the engine decided to think it was over heating and wouldnt let me get it above 2500 rpm.

I will keep in touch but with the 21" prop it was well over propped.

Any takers on this one..
