Tricky to understand the text, but looking at the pictures I think I see where they went wrong...

...they probably should have avoided taking those hedgehogs in a RIB!

My rough google translator into oirish says. "We've spent a feck load of money (and the dutchies haven't been bailed out by anyone so its their money!) on 40 blow up boats. We've fecked one of them on sea trials already, and although there was a lot of panicking and screaming about titanic it didn't actually sink but the a-frame broke, and nobody's read the manual yet so we're not sure how to use the capsize recovery bag. Still it was ok because actually it was a sea trial and they are intended to find the weak points of the kit, but we think if we have a tantrum in the press it might help in the negotiations with MST on who's fault it all is."

The newspaper this was printed in is a senstion newspaper. I know that there are some big troubles with those RIBs but MST is trying to sort this out.
