B&B in Southampton / DSC registration

I consider to come from Germany to Southampton to inspect a RIB and give her seatrials, hopefully agree with the seller and take her to Hamburg. Could be one of the next weekends. Can you recommend a B&B?

In this context - how handle UK authorities the cancellation of a DSC registration, how can the cancellation be proven to German authorities?

And to make the trip really worth it - and just in case - can you recommend Southampton brokers selling in the 6 - 6.5m range, 115-150hp OB? Obviously with a trailer that is in condition for a 1,000km tow.
