well it's oddly put but I know what he means, new tubes by Ribshop? Well thats easy enough to find out, he's a regular contributor on here just ask him!
'It's fast' yep, 90 Yamaha on a 5.4 expect 38-40 knots.
Asking 3K with trailer, viewing possible, I think thats a good boat for someone.
