Ah, but they're not playing for money this time, just for the honour of representing their country/continent.... (now where's that ROFL Smiley when you need it!).

Cheers, NSS
Ok good luck with your decision making.

hi nss
not to sure how much you have looked into a brig 450 falcon i have attached some photos of mine.
i find this a great family rib or just for myself fishing,im not to sure of its total length from the stern to the towing hitch on the trailor but i will be back at my caravan next weekend where i store the boat and will give it an over all measure for you (length and beam)
i can easily launch and recover on my own even on the very shallow beach at black rock sands
it has a double bench seat behind the console a single seat in front of the console and a single bow seat
pushed along with a 50hp honda 4/
all in all a fun eco family rib
hope this helps
Andy

I believe some BRIG ribs have the option of Hypalon or PVC toobs. Is this the case with the 450?

From their website, the white and light grey toobs are available in hypalon or MIRASOL, while the red and dark blue are only in MIRASOL:

My Tornado 5mtr fits well into half a standard double garage and although I could remove the drawbar it just all fits in without. I think I might just be able to fit a 5,3 but then I would need to remove the drawbar. You must have a pretty short garage as mine is a 15 yr old house. My advice would be to buy the biggest rib that will fit and when you quote width, the best thing to do is just let the tubes down until they are soft and then the single door shouldn't be a problem.
