Avon 560 cable run

saw my new boat today!!! yeeeha, picking it up soon, one question, i want to run the cables underneath, where is the hole to drill and is it staggered underneath, am going for a rear bench then two single jockeys and a consol, and really dont want the cables on top, anybody else done it ?? also, which is the best way to bond/fix the seats etc down???
silkaflex and large self tappers, if so, what size to be very secure,

Having taken advice here thats how i did our extra seat about 2 years ago and it worked fine do a search as there was a good post with pictures on it sure it was boat called top Banana.
