any one know where if available that you can purchase the slide on ali extruded rail for the tubes?
the thought of tig welding 28mtrs of 3mm ali to a milled/slotted tube does not really appeal to me

plenty to come i am going off to ponder my tank issue..........

i have a feeling the previous owner intended the console to be fitted at the rear with the seat pods in front of it....

Interesting build thread. Work is coming along nicely, I especially like the cable trunk idea.

I'm beginning to envy you a bit-the more I do on the Ballistic, the more cockups/poor original fitout I find.

this has been well built to be fare,, only damaged parts was from removing the floor, i would not expect it to come off easy

never saw so many screws in my life,
and the thought of drilling all the hull and re tapping all the fixings bonded into the hull does not bare thinking about

nor does trying to remove the ali corroded rails from the sponsons and again i have to jig up and drill these to match the corresponding holes on the hull

Im sure you have done this anyway Edd... Dont forget to drill some holes in the bottom of the cable ducting to avoid any water building up...
