Are Ribs most stolen boat?

They must be - seems there is one getting nicked somewhere nearly every day!

Wonder how long it will be before they jack up the insurance even more just for Ribs?

Makes very interesting reading. Thanks for posting the link.

If their figures are reliable 'only' 50 vessels a year go missing from the Hants/IOW area - not too bad considering 32000 are kept there! Not sure I'd be very comforted if one of the 50 was ours though.

Yes thought so - along with PWCs - just goes to show there is a price to pay for having something so popular!

I know it could be argued that a RIB is more nickable than other kinds of boat but not many Rinkers etc appear in the lists - says it all really.

Still amazed by that Mark Pascoe going missing - how the hell can you hide something like that? Not really like giving a Sierra a quick respray!
