Anyone for Plymouth on 28th July

Hi there

I'm heading down to Plymouth to watch the Class 1 boats on the Sat/Sun.

I'm leaving from Poole early on the Saturday and wondered if any other boats are making the trip ?

If your interested call me on 07973 343283.

Regards

Mark

I can't make it, but it does look like a good spectating opportunity! Let us know how it goes.

What boat have you got now by the way?

John

Mark,

I believe Chris Strickland and a few other are planning a trip from the Solent. (That is assuming his boat is fixed in time!) I'll try and find out & let you know.

Cheers,
Alan

I bought a Scorpion last year ( 8.75/300 Yanmar) and so far have been extremely impressed by the boat and the engine has so much torque it’s unbelievable. It’s just the driver <g> that slows the boat down !!

What are your plans !

Regards

Mark

I spoke to Chris last week and said I was going down and asked him and Mike Deacon if they were interested. I’ve booked up a mooring and accommodation as time is getting short but will join any other boats making the trip.

In the last BIBOA newsletter there was a one liner about the weekend but I had no response from the cruise organisers as to any organising that they were doing so did it myself.

Regards

Mark
