Antifouling again

So my boat is already anti fouled, it just looks a bit rough now.

I am going to re antifoul the whole hull because it'll be the easiest way to tidy it up.

Can anyone recommend a good black antifoul and how much I am likely to need for 5m rib?

Also is it okay to paint over old antifoul as long as it's not all flakey and hanging off?

And the bit of the boat that hasn't been paint before I will lightly rough the surface up with some sand paper then clean with acetone before painting?

Thanks

I never use anything but international. I'd recommend micron for a rib or anything fast. Comes in a variety of colours. Depending on build up I think you'd probably get away with a 750 ml tin.
