Antifoul Paint shipping query

Hi there.

I'm having a problem finding an online retailer who ships "International Yacht Paints" products internationally.

I need 2.5 l of "Interspeed Ultra" (white) urgently for my 24' Rib, since her launch is due soon.

I would appreciate any guidance on getting the same shipped to Mumbai India by courier.

Cheers!
Shahid.

Your best bet will be to find a supplier nearer to home.
Akzo Mumbai office details here

Main problem is hazardous materials handling. That alone will cost more than the paint for overseas shipping.

We can ship hazardous goods on pallets anywhere in Europe for no extra charge - not to India yet though!!!

Thanks for the replies guys..I guess you're right. The paint comes under hazmat category III.

The local dealer does not have Interspeed Ultra he's recommending I use Micron Extra (even though the yachtpaint website clearly states micron extra is not suitable for high speed craft).

Do you guys have any experience with Micron Extra on Ribs?

Cheers
Shahid
