Well, its quicker than the solution I have now...


I have everything possible wedged on the top to hold the anchor in place.

It shouldn't be that bad, I am planning on two wing nuts to remove the bar over the pointy bit and unhook it from the clip and then throw it over...

I plan on keeping the anchor locker tidy now. I got rid of all the old chain and got myself the leaded line so that will remove a lot of the danger of smashing parts

I have 2 of the 12mm liros Leaded anchor ropes on the Pacific. I have been very happy with their performance, Have had 2 heavy RIBs anchored on sand In Hayling Bay with the tide running strongly and had no problems using 1 medium Delta anchor with the ribs tied together. Questions have been raised about whether it will survive getting rolled about on a rocky bed, but I don't have that worry where I mainly go.
