Marksails - it's an Epic Voyage (especially in winter). How do they plan to return - I guess on a truck? Interested to hear the final statistics for the trip.

Amazingly our new boat with twin Yanmar 260's uses slightly more fuel but at WOT - 108 litres per hour, but we should be doing 70mph at that fuel consumption bringing our mileage down to 1.54 Litres per mile!

Of course reducing speed also reduces consumption so at a cruising speed of 40 - 50 mph we should be very economical!
