'fraid the evening operators pushed you down 6 places by dawn on Monday, Nadia, so this should do the trick for an hour or two.

Posting you credit card details for authorisation for US$50 from a nice man in Canada today.

It would be shame if we fail to get only a third of the way to the target. Without the 2,500 donation from your mystery person, we would have failed dismally to get RIBnet Forum users (apart from a big-hearted and generous few) to make sure Alan and the boys make it to the finish line.

C'est la vie...

Never to be repeated offer !!

OK. Let's try this then, as things are slowing down a bit.

I will make a donation of 10, for every individual donation of 10 or above, received by Nadia, between midday today (Monday 13th May) and Midday Thursday (16th May).

Hi everyone.

To keep Alan going can we get this post on any other rib sites, forums etc that you know of.

If is OK with Nadia we could put the contact details stright on.

There a few other I know of and would be happy to spread the work.

Just logged on to your site following a newsletter to the SOC mail list where your campaign was mentioned.

Although I'm not a RIB owner (I can hear your sighs now!) I did join the SOC send off in Cardiff Bay in our sports boat and I'm avidly reading the newsletters from Alan and the team.

I just wanted to say that it's great to see the energy that you guys are putting into this fund raising. I just hope that the same response is seen from other SOC 'supporters' in my home City of Cardiff.

Wouldn't it be great if everyone gave up their Friday night takeaway and donated the cost to SOC instead?

Although I'm already a proud owner of a 'certificate of gratitude' from SOC, my second donation is on its way. Just wanted to let you know via this web site so it gets included on the 'Ribometer' and qualifies for the 'match funding' (does anyone realise how potentially generous/dangerous this offer could be - now that it's been published to the SOC mail list!)

Look forward to seeing you all when the SOC arrives back in Cardiff.

Karen
