It's already been done in a RIB. I completed a circumnavigation 10 years ago in a 24' Zodiac using vegetable oil fuel all the way (see attached photo). But this is a great idea for promoting this fuel - it's better than petroleum diesel in every way, and doesn't stink! You can find details on the fuel at www.biodiesel.org. Should be a great adventure..good luck Alan P!

What the press release actualy said was " The first world record attempt using Bio Fuel", the circumnaviagtion been successfully done by Bryan Peterson in a little over two years back in 1994"

Bloody media they can never get it right! I would never take the credit away from anyone who has done anything before.

Alan P,
It never even occured to me that you were trying to take any undue credit - you certainly don't need to borrow anyone else's, your accomplishments are astounding, and this new project is worthy of your attention.

My voyage was a pleasure cruise compared to your accomplishments. Truely, best of luck and please let me know if I can be of any help!
Bryan
