You need to stop pussey footing around!

What is your company name, and designer? did you buy and now own the rights to your rib design?

And most importantly, who is the splasher?

This is a subject that most here know I'm VERY pationate about.

As for the comment that anyone capable of splashing, is capable of their own creations, that is utter bollix, at least in most cases.

make no mistake, if what you are saying is true, these people are common thieves! you can re-name it what you like, but that's the crux of it.

a few years ago, their workshop would probably burn down by accident.

My company is v-type, my web address is www.v-type.com my designer is Simon Rogers who until recently held the round britian record in a revenger, i own the mould tools and interlectual property rights to v-type.

The splasher is OLMEC TUBING of Dartmouth, the photos on the website are of the boat they produced and sold to an unsurspecting client.

It all sounds very naughty, and I'm sure that when "the guy from Olmec" reads these posts he will have something to say hopefully.

I would say be very careful, it seems from your posts that you are 100% sure of this, but you want to be careful of any backlash from putting posts like this on a public forum, without first sending him an official letter or similar.

what do you mean? did they buy a hull to complete themselves?

Also, is it just the hull they copied, or is the console yours as well?

Attached is a photo of the hull i purchased back via a third party, from this you will see the flangles cut of and re-postioned get around the 10% rule, some time ago the guy from olmec called me admitted that he had made a huge mistake and was going to stop and deliver the mould tool to my yard, this however has not happended, after many calls and sms he has assumed that the issue will just go away.
