Advice of first rib

Hi,

I have just joined the forum and am looking for advice about buying first RIB. We have 4 kids age ranging from 15 - 9 years plus the two of us, we want to use it as a safety when the kids are sailing, also fishing and wake boarding for the older ones. Any advice greatly appreciated. Size of rib required make and engine especially. Ta

As new engine as possible...Saltwater eat engines

Sounds like something like Ribcraft 585 with a 115-130 hp or simular.

Or even little bigger...

6 people on a rib in comfort would say you need something 7 meters plus.

What's your budget?

Where are you planning on using it?

585 is too small for you, I have four smaller kids than you and ruled out the 585, 6.3 would be fine
