The engine is quite an elderly design and thirsty. I believe this range had a problem with the oil pump/autolube and it was quite common to disconnect and go with premix very solid engines if I recall correctly. big question for me is did the pump get replaced before or after it failed if it was after then how long did theengine run without lube
Tornado's are well made boats but the big weekness is toobs which aint hypalon if it's been retubed with Hypalon then thats a good point/ I think Downhill Dai lives in Glamorgan, he's quite nosey and been around boats a long time maybe he might have a loook for you.
if your'e hppy the engine has got some legs, the tubes. hull and the trailers are sound are in good nick it strikes me as cheap
