A Zapcat isn't at all suitable as a tender and you'd struggle to get one on a swim platform of anything much less than about 80ft as they're quite beamy.
I ran a Zar ZF1 (which according to the website is 30cm longer than the ZF0 but otherwise identical) with a 40hp Suzuki on the back as a tender on a Princess 67. (It lived on the flybridge so we had to davit launch). Great little boat. Felt a lot bigger than the 335cm it was, and nicely laid out for a tender - comfortable secure seating for up to 4 (cosy) and lots of locker space for spare fuel, clothing, shopping etc. I did some long-ish trips in it - went from Naples (Italy) to Capri for lunch one day (two up). Got a little wet but otherwise handled the trip very comfortably. The only other small purpose built tenders (eg not a "proper" RIB) I've used for any length of time were both Williams which I would avoid at all costs if you possibly can. You'll probably get closer to jetski performance out of a small jet tender but Williams in particular are known for being very unreliable and a pig to work on anywhere other than in a workshop (genuinely lost count of how many times we had the engine out over 18 months of using it).
