Advice for a sticky problem

I bought an old rib circa 91. It has a couple of small tears, a split seam and k******** valves.
How can I remove the old glue & the best way to repair the seams & valves.
There's no electrics just a decent yam engine. Any advice welcome about how to refit her.

Sounds like a good project.

Pics would be a good way og getting accurate advice fixing tears isn't too difficult ( I can do it) but perperation( that newly invented word is a mixture of preparation and perspiration ) is all.

get the glue off with a drill fitted with a Grinstone attacment. that is not a flap wheel or a grinding wheel.

try heat gen and bostik thiners. it is designed for glue removal.
