A7 Valve seal

Don't know how but last time I was out I managed to loose the the seal on the A7 type valve. It's the outer one that the cap screws down on too. Now the bloody tube is going down after a day or so. Looked on RIBshop but couldn't see anything except replacing the whole thing. That the only option?
