A word of thanks

I'd just like to publicly thank Dave Manning who posts on here as DM.

I have just bought an SR4 from Dave and went to collect it yesterday from his home. I handed over the money for my lovely new toy and departed a happy man. On the way back to Kent we stopped at the services where I found that I had less cash than I'd expected, good job my 11 year old son appears to be richer than me otherwise we would have been hungry I just thought that I'd been careless and dropped the money in the services early that morning on the way up.

To my delight I then received a text from Dave saying that he had re-counted the money and found that I'd paid him to much

So I'd just like to thank Dave for being a proper Gentleman.

Barry

ps. Can't wait to get out now, pity I've got to work next weekend !

DHD - Read it carefully he didn't say "You've paid me too much, I'll forward your 'change'"

Pretty safe with my bank details, it's never got any money in it, I trust the banks even less

Money appeared today, as if by magic, in my PayPal account, I like days like today.

I don't think it's sad to take the piss, essential is more like it.

Thanks Dave,

Barry

Too right, despite Manning being at the receiving end.
