92 Achilles HB140 military valve?

Anyone hear of military valves on 20 year old Achilles? This is a 14' foot FG double hull/HP tubes, grey/red/grey. Picked it up for a sweet price and this valve is the only issue.

The port side valve has a cracked nut, (yes, as in nuts and bolts) found with soap and water test.

Most parts seem to be flapper style.

I can order a replacement nut/bolt from anywhere USA so please offer your recommendtions for a GOOD Achilles repair shop or your wisdom on these valves or if I should ditch this project.

Thanks!

Pics of the valve in question would help.

Worst case, it's possible to change out the valves for a more available type, so don't give up on it.
