Looks very much like the one in the Daily Mail last week. There was a photo of such rib next to the photo of the super tanker which got hijacked by the pirates

They only hi-jacked the tanker so they can fill the thing up & run it for more that 6 minutes

They actually had one engine left over and decided on a different approach - going for a RIB with better power to weight ratio.
