5.4 Air craft rib.

Thanks to the positive feedback from members on here, I have ordered the above rib which will take approx 6 weeks to be built by Ian at Liverpool Power Boats. Colour will be black tubes and white hull. I'm looking forward to getting back on the water.

Majic , what engine are you going for . I had a 70 two stroke . Ian wouldnt go bigger . I think he usually rigs them with a 50 . You wont be disappointed . Great boats .

No pics as yet, I know that the tubes have been ordered but not sure if they have been fitted yet, I will give Ian a ring at weekend. Are you going for a new build ?

Hi yes going for new build but not sure what size yet going to have a look at the 6.8 and the 6.5 tomorrow then going back next week to have a look at a 5.4 which must be yours.How have you specked yours

Double jockey seat with 2 backrests, A-frame nav lights and bench seat at rear with backrest, Aux bracket, Black tubes white hull.,not sure what size engine yet.

Hi Ian said to me a etec50 would be good on a 5.4 whats your view i think it may be a bit underpowered i do like white and black are you getting fabric impression tubes

I think the tubes are standard hypalon I certainly didn't ask for fabric impression. Yeh I think the 50 might be under powered, I personally would go for the max.
