Well I do have an Ensign that I bought with my late father that I thought I would sneak onboard, it's never been used so I thought this would be the ideal time for its first outing.

red, white or blue?
We're on the SSR so legally entitled to fly the red ensign. A bloke nearby was flying a white ensign from a flagpole in his garden & got a visit from plod telling him to take it down. Like they've nothing else to do

As a british vessel you're meant to fly a red ensign when ever you are on board, if you're a member of a royal yacht club then you can fly a blue one and be very important, not sure it's a good idea to fly a white on unless you have big guns on the decks.
