12 Seater Charter Boat Required Near Mallaig

I am running a car club event in Scotland next May and already have 2 x 11m Redbays booked but I am looking for a 3rd 12 + seater RIB that could take a further 10 - 12 passengers for 2 - 2.5 hrs trip from Mallaig & then do a "ferry run" to Inverie & back to Mallaig.

I already have the following superb boats booked.
http://www.seaknoydart.co.uk/
http://www.seafari.co.uk/

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for that Andy - I should of mentioned I had tried Coastal Connections, but they are too far South so would not be cost effective.

Regards,
Steve

Mallaig

If you dont need a RIB but just transport to and from Inverie contact Ian at the Old Forge and he will sort out some displacement boats to help out .Ian has an Atlantic but not sure it is coded .

Drew Harris from Kilchohan Estate Contact

has a rather cool landing craft available for charter and also a fast fisher . There is also the Western Isles (slow 7 knots) or another landing craft Spanish John .
Wish I was going !

Thanks for that info Lurcher, we`re having Saturday evening dinner at The Old Forge so aware of their service but could well be worth having a word with Ian in any case.

As regards this Landing craft does it have seats?

Just had a look at this thread - email me on skyeseafari@aol.com and i will be able to offer you one of my other boats to fill the spaces, if you would like ?

Having a bit of a boat re-shuffle but will still be able to do something.

Cheers

Pete

I tied up to his rib (in Tiree) for an overnighter on a long line habour line, he arrived moved my boat, then got on with preparing his boat for business,he greeted my apologetic concerned faced (as it had cost him time moving me) with a smile, let me help as a way of recompense, more for me than him.

top bloke....

Thanks for all your input guys.
Seafari & Knoydary have got me sorted out between them and I now have the 3 12 seater RIBs I was hoping for. Just got to fill the final few places and we`re all sorted. Will post some pics of our little adventure when we return - ps sometime May 2010.
