Alan,

Did you end up getting involved with this or was it 'settled' by the 2 parties concerned?

How about a major update from RMT?

You asked for help and have given us a very large hint that a Redbay RIB was involved, that the manufacturers wouldn't talk to you, but now it's all magically sorted. Is Alan a magician or were you being a drama queen?

You listed four serious problems, two moderately serious problems and two minor problems. Were all of these addressed? And the all-important question... would you buy from the same manufacturer again?

I agree with Richard B if you've had a result then share the info with the forum then maybe someone else could benefit from what you've learned in the future !!

After such a major gripe, which whilst not directly naming the manufacturer, certainly gave members the impression of whom it was, it is sureley time to finish the story.

I believe that this is only fair so that any damage to their reputation can be put into proper perspective. For such a major gripe everything seems to have been cleared up very efficiently so perhaps the problems were in part caused by the purchaser.

It could of course be a part of the solution agreed that the purchaser does not seek any more publicity.

All I will say is that in a two way dispute, there are three sides. Both parties views and opionons and the truth. Alan P
