Hi, my old dream had little dinghy or boat, maybe someone can help me. I was looking to buy for beginning inflatable 2-3m dinghy, and 1,5-3hp engine, do I need to have a license, insurance or any permits? If yes how much cost them? Any places, rivers or lakes in West Midlands (I am from Birmingham) where I can use my little boat? Thanks for any answers
