Newbie introduction

Hi guys.
Just got myself a Bombard ax3 260.
Got a few questions but I'll have a search through first. Don't want to bore folk if they've been done to death before.

Hi Tommy. Welcome to the forum.

What are you powering it with?

Sea or river use?

David

I've got a 2.5hp two smoke mariner.
I'm just going to use it on the lakes for perch and pike fishing. Also to do a bit of sea fishing really close in ( 200 metres). Plenty of Plaice and Ray's get caught locally in the summer and Whiting in the winter.
I've got a shetland with a 40 for my main fishing but just got this to do local sessions for 2 to 3 hours. Only paid 80 quid for it so if it doesn't work out nothing much lost

Can't argue with that.

I like those little narrow hood Mariners... had one in the past for the river and nearly bought one again this year but I had to remind myself I had no real use for it.

Thanks.
No just for the dinghy. The little mariner is my auxiliary for my shetland.
That would have been a great deal.
