Welcome aboard. If the seller can't make it run walk away. Anyone who says "it probably just needs some fresh fuel" or any other cheap fix is bluffing - If it was a cheap fix they would do it and add 50% to the value! It MIGHT turn out to be easy, but then the seller is an idiot, and you don't want to buy something that has been maintained by an idiot!

Have you bought it? 2/4 strokes? Tiller? Pull start? Got spark? Fuel? Kill switch? HT lead? Compression?

Go through the basics start with new fuel drain the old out if you have used it , have you a spark, the two pin socket will be for charging a battery.if it ran 12 months ago and it's not done much it might need a carb clean if fuel was left in it.

Cheers

You could take both plugs out and put a small amount of fuel in each cylinder put plugs back in and try and start if she fires up then try to run as normal. If the fuel has evaporated and left the 2st oil behind in the carbs that might be your problem.

Cheers

Sounds if the spark is not intense enough to fire?
