Hi From West Wales

I am a new member about to embark on my first rib purchase
I own a small wetline dinghy a Sea Hog shortie with a 50 hp outboard a Fletcher 18 ft Ski Boat with inboard 4.3 Mercruiser
All these are to be sold to fund my rib purchase
The reason for change is larger boats are increasingly hard for me too launch and handle single handed as i am not in my prime
My new boat is to use for cruising fishing and water skiing with my daughter on occasions
As a total Rib novice i am looking for guidance although i have owned boats for over 30 years plus
I am looking at about 5 metres with 60 to 90 hp outboard 4 stroke
may be Bombard Avon or similar more of a fun boat than working or dive boat
Any suggestions welcome

My Location

Hi I am in Saundersfoot but know most of Pems and cardigan well
I live very close to the harbour
Its a mine field re buying a Rib so I will take my time although love a bargain like most of us in Wales
Have looked at Avon with 50 to 115 horse outboard
limited budget and other boats to sell to make storage space although if the right one comes along at present I will buy and store in Narberth
If you know of any for sale pls advise
kind regards Benny
