Hello from South Lanarkshire

Hi, been lurking for long enough now and decided to take the plunge

Based in South Lanarkshire near Biggar, got a Zodiac Zoom, Tohatsu 9.8, missus, two kids and a dog

Had this boat 2 or 3 years now mainly use it on the West Coast Sea Lochs

Cheers

Welcome BP. As Maximus says a great area to have within reasonable reach for sibbing. We have been visiting the west coast for smallcraft boating for many years now... by chance this is the first year in a long time the missus has demanded a possibility of some sun so we are heading to Devon where the cottage people tell me it is guaranteed!

Good manageable outfit you have there... when lugging our 20hp about I often wonder how long it will be before we can't any more and going back to the Tohatsu 9.8 2-st will be a reality.

Thanks

Aye its cracking up there, love it

Outfit works fine for the moment as I need something I can launch single handed on a beach without a slipway, had a Seahog Hunter previously, which was a great tub but limited me to slips and was a wee bit of a lump on my own

Would like something a wee bit bigger eventually but does the job and lets me get my feet wet occasionally

Cheers
