I recently moved to Edinburgh - Scotland and I am looking for a rib to hire to visit the Forth of Firth (ideally a bare boat or with a skipper that let me drive it ).

Sorry can't help with the Charter question...

There are virtually no bareboat rib charters in Scotland. (search here for 2 ? on the west). There are skippered rib charters available. The one which springs to mind in the forth is Welcome to Calypso Marine. BUT like all skippered stuff it wont be cheap. You may be better looking at instruction...
