Hello and help wanted for English Chanel crossing

Hi, I'm new to the forum. Bit of a last minute request but I've been training for the past 3 months for a paddleboard race from the scilly Isles to mainland Cornwall. It was due this weekend but due to strong northerly winds has had to be cancelled. The wind however looks ideal for a channel crossing and I was wandering if anyone knows of anyone who might be keen to act as support vessel. I'll cover costs and can pay a little too. This is for this Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday..
Last minute I know but would be awesome not to let everyone down whose supported me.

Paying anything over costs i think comes into commercial territory and would need a coded boat and skipper? Good luck if you go though

Have you looked into the practicalities of a channel crossing? There's rather a lot of bureaucracy involved, particularly when you get into French waters.
