For future reference, if you'd bought through Ebay/Paypal, you would've had multiple layers of protection.
Ebay protection is biased towards the buyer, to the point where honest sellers can be stiffed by unscrupulous buyers.

Ebay is a super safe place to buy online.

Re Moller it was paid for with pay pal but did not have the 3 month or however long it takes to get your money back from pay pal and only after i paid with pay pal i then found out that pay pal should never be used if paying over £100 as they have ways of getting out of it unlike a credit card who has to honour the payment

Notice I said Ebay/Paypal.

Ebay would've frozen the payment as soon as you'd opened a case against him and refunded you as soon as the case was found in your favour, less than 10 days usually.

Cheers Mollers just trying to help anyone who is thinking of buying from DAN COOPER. This happened just one week after a buried my 31 year old only son and i was not in the mood for games, one thing is a cert he would have been swimming in far less than ten days if he had not paid the money back

Just a heads up about Paypal again.

The refund policy DOES NOT cover you for motors or items that are not usually sent via post. Read and play by the rules you are 100% safe , dont and you will lose money at some point.

From ebay:

The programme is designed to protect purchases that are usually sent by post – over 99% of listings on eBay. It doesn't include vehicles, real estate, businesses for sale, digital goods or services.
