Just got back from Italy a few days ago. Although we were staying near Venice we hired a car for the day and visited Garda. Struggled a little trying to find somewhere to park as we had only visited for a few hours before about 5 years ago. We eventually ended up just saying to hell with it and "diving" into a big car park that turned out to be free of charge. That must be a rarity these days.

We walked along towards Garda which took about an hour (including photographs and a stop in a cafe) and caught the boat down to Bardolino.

Two observations were that i) 40hp Ranieris were for hire near the pier in Garda for €55 for one hour, a bit dearer than those in the links, and ii) every time I took a photograph of ducks or swans on the lake; a young woman with large breasts wearing a bikini seemed to appear as if by magic. Can't think how that happened.

I think I managed to fool Mrs. Beard into thinking there was a fault with the camera rather than with me!!

Holy Cow! It surely can't be the first time you lot have seen a young woman with large breasts (wipes drool from chin) wearing a bikini. Oh actually, you haven't seen it yet have you.

Now where's the thread that shows you how to upload pictures? Life was so much simpler when you just walked into the Chemist and.....well, that's another thread entirely.
