Yep guess I'll get faster but if I leave air floor in it will be considerably heavier to move around when rolled up. Anyway, I need to get some experience of using the boat and will then comment further...

Hi there,

In the same position as you were a year ago and probably will go for the MK3. How was your experience with the boat over the summer and did you end up trailering a box or slip?

We have bought the MK3 and I made several modifications to the deck (adding stainless steel boxes). We are on shetland now for diving and exploring the coast. We have sailed several hundred miles on open sea to remote locations and islands in the North Sea. Zodiac MK3 does really well. We have several safety systems onboard like VHF and an AIS transmitter.
