Zodiac FC470 Floor dimensions???

Hi, I purchased a surplus FC470 without a floor system and have searched all over the web for specs on these floors. Its like the biggest secret in the world. Does anybody have the floor dimensions and some reasorces where to find stringers and H joints to build this floor properly.

Typically I have heard people fabricate the decks out of 3/4" marine ply, I'm planing on using Starboard. Any thoughts on these materials.

With your feed back I'm planing on posting all my findings so that anyone in simular situation can do the same. Sending your pictures would also be a great help. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks in advance!!

So, nobody out there has an f470 with a hard deck????

The local Zodiac dealer told me that they would sell me a new aluminum floor for $4,000.00. Ohhhh, thats obviously ridiculous... So, does anyone have the floor dimensions, or has built a deck for these boats. Please let know. Thanks.

Have you spoken to the guy (slagusmc) in this selling thread who has 5 of them and says "for free I will include the floor template with any of these boats as the floor is very simple to make and will be a vast improvement over the original design"

5 Zodiac FC-470's for sale from $500-$3500, pics!

His last post on it was only 10 days ago so you should be able to get hold of him.
