It depends how enthusiastic you are with the throttle!

Going hard/fast you can probably get around 5 hrs out of a 25L tank on a 15 HP 4str.

With a 2st 20HP I just managed 60 nm round trip at a "fast cruise" on a flat calm day, with one up in a similar sized but heavier boat than yours.

About 7.0 litre/hour at full throttle, with light weight inside (passengers + gear) and calm waters, no wind.

I have the yam 15 2 stroke on a 3.4 zodiac. Usual days out are 4-5 hours mixed use, mid range revs to get on the plane & stay there. Fuel use varies 10 litres flat calm, 1 person, 15 litres 2 people, lumpy seas.

Don't sit on the fuel pipe like I did today & have the engine die just as you are crossing a busy channel!!! Filled my pants!!! ho hum you live & learn.
