What would be the tube pressure and keel pressure recommended for this sib?

I had one of these but cannot remember - great SIB's. Presuming the hardfloor then you can go a bit lighter on tubes maybe but usually 3.2 to 3.4 psi in a SIB. Keel cannot remember but someone will...

I'd just say though that the range given there for a SIB is not right at the low end for sure.

i thought about bang on my rib was 3psi my sib is 3.5 psi tubes

range 2.5-3.5 and keel 4-4.5 although i think my keel is a tad more than 4.5

Very different on a RIB to a SIB though - they can be run more like 2.5 for a softer ride as the hull gives the stiffness and strength with the tubes cushioning the ride and lower pressure makes it more supple and forgiving. Another disadvantage of a SIB in this respect!

Fenlander will be along with the keel pressure I'm sure we're all getting to old to remember these blooming figures...

Sib tubes and keel are usually inflated around 3.0 to 3.5 PSI for best water performance. Reinflate after some minutes rest on water. Use a pressure gauge, finger gauge is no good...

Faded from my mind too Max for any specific sausage keel sib other than a generic 350mbar as Dave above says. Had HP air floors for 6yrs now so floor panels and stringers are but a distant memory.

I got the tubes and keel up to proper pressure using the Itwit pump. Makes a big improvement to performance.
However for this pump but you will need an car cigarette lighter extension lead as the one on the pump is a bit short. Also you will probably need adaptors to fit the normal valves

I've one for general use including tyre inflator pumps. I tried one from the shop and it was too thin slowing the pump down and getting hot. So I bought the cigar lighter male/female ends and made one up myself with heavier cable. It's virtually the length of the car and helps loads.

Having said that the biggest step forward re sibbing is to change your Itiwit plug for croc clips and run it from a small 7ah (min) battery and get complete freedom from the car.

Yep... makes a big difference. With some of the cheap leads it seems as if the pump is giving up.
