they are on backwards, they should curve under the boat, have you checked for clearance with engine fitted?

Not had a chance yet, but looks like it would be very tight, will move them over and down a bit for maximum outboard clearance

Make sure to use a good marine grade filler/sealant for the redundant holes if you have any? Someone here will tell you what exactly, its a splashy area and water has a way of getting in!
