What wheels for a Quicksilver 3.8HDXS

Hi,

Just got the boat and want to fit some wheels to the back.

The dealer I got the boat and engine from sold me a pair, but when I sized them up, they fouled the trailer (arms were shaped in under the transom) and the mounting position would have meant either fouling the engine or needing to cut the antisplash corners away.

Looks like I will need wheels with arms that splay out sideways so they can be mounted inside the antisplash, but away from the engine.

Engine is a mariner 25.

Anyone out there got wheels on a 3.8 that work?? pictures?

I like the look of the remote controlled laser at the bottom left hand side of the page

I got these and am very pleased.

They are very well made. Paid £135 and was then gutted when saw them for £100ish at John Bridger marine in Exeter.

Don't know if you have a Mariner Marathon 25hp, if you do look up the thread in engines & props called 'upgrading a mariner 25hp to 30hp'. Gives you a load more acceleration for £9 and 5mins work.
