No direct experience but they are seen as a budget alternative to the 'big' names and with maybe not the same performance. Not sure if you are looking at buying new but check what you can get secondhand - some amazing steals on SIB's lately, real buyer's market. Like these below ended in the last week - a Zodiac or Quicksilver would be much more boat for less money and should hold it's value well:

Two examples of engine with 'free' SIB at this price:

2.7m Quicksilver inflatable boat 9.8s hp Tohatsu engine on eBay (end time 10-Jul-11 23:12:57 BST)

Zodiac 3.1m inflatable boat. on eBay (end time 01-Jul-11 20:09:16 BST)

Silly cheap:

Zodiac Cadet Fastroller 3.4m Inflatable Good Condition on eBay (end time 10-Jul-11 18:55:33 BST)

Zodiac inflatable boat on eBay (end time 10-Jul-11 17:18:50 BST)
