Used F470 price? Looking for help?

Looking to get into a Zodiak F470 and be an active member of this forum. I just want some opinions on what I should expect to pay for the boat?

Its a 1992 has been repaired by a professional shop, and has no engine.

I can get more details from the seller if needed.
