Tube Cleaning

I'm looking for some advice. I have stupidly left the HonWave tender inflated on the deck and in the water for about a year. I have tried to give it a wash today, but no amount of scrubbing or Fairey liquid will even dull the staining. It looks like some of it could be sun damage.

Whats the strongest/best tube cleaner on the market and whats the best tube conditioner to use afterwards ?

Thanks

I am by no means experienced at tube cleaning and care but what I have found is some Traffic Film Remover and a green scourer pads (several of) works very well and for extra stubborn stains I used some Cellulose Thinners.

For conditioning the tubes after I have used some Aerospace 303, its basically a moisturiser and SPF 40 to reduce sun damage.
