Yesterday, we clocked 27.2 mph with two of us in the boat and the transom wheels sticking up in the air, plus it was rough water which helped.

I managed 29.3 mph with my SIB (200kg motor included), two persons and lots of camping gear.

Can't test out if it might go faster because the boat is dead now

Or it's 19.3 ? How was it tested ? How can a 25 HP go faster than a 40HP ?

It was 47 km/h =29.3 - I used GPS to measure the speed.

I didn't optimize the speed, i just took the figure as stated on the screen.
my motor is hanging quite high though...

ahh there close enough! just think of it as more heavy duty! metal transom & fibergalss nose cone but they have 2 piece flooring that comes out & the can be deflated like a sib....just would take a little longer

2 adults and 2 kids on a Tinker tramp + 3.3HP Evinrude = 3.5knots at half throttle and 4 knots flat out!

Spent the last half hour looking for a 15-25HP for my eventual 380 Aerotec purchase!
