what do you think to this not showing a floor so i asked it's a slatted floor so it can roll up was the reply takes a 25hp short, the sort of boat for set up at the slip

I owned one a few years ago. They are designed for fast deployment for flood rescue. The slats are sort of sandwiched into the floor, you can see the edges of the aluminium slats in the photo.

For a general use boat they are not much good, no longitudinal strenght.

Big money indeed. Quite an interesting outfit though. I see he's made the air floor buckle mods I'd always meant to do but not so far... think Big Al has though. Also has put exactly the same anti rub patches as I've glued on just below the seat mounts.

Also he's rubbish at getting it back in the bag!

However it's exceptionally rare to get an Aerotec as late as a 2013 come to market and given they no longer make them as a standard item it's an interesting prospect.

A bit of a shameless plug for my old friend Alan’s Zodiac Futura and 15hp Yam (with remote steering binnacle) which he’s sadly selling as his wife passed away and he won’t be going on the same holiday anymore to a fresh water lake in France, where it got its sole annual 3 week outing (and even then it didn’t get used heavily).

The photos are stock photos and not photos of the boat which is vgc due to the lack of use. It has been reglued around the floor and transom 2 years ago by the Ribshop and Alan is a bit obsessional about looking after it: it is always packed away dry and clean, and the Yam is winterised and serviced each year. Comes with a whole load of stuff inc bow bag and inflatable seat. Nice boat for someone.

I agree it’s not a good ad, and I’ve told him. I’m sure he can find a holiday photo as I know from helping him that it’s a monumental pita to put together to photo. That’s why I love my aerotec: just pump it up and go in 20 mins.
